Best Carpet Value LLC specializes in supplying affordable residential & commercial carpet, carpet tiles, and flooring.

Purpose

To assist our country’s college students accommodate the burden of higher education costs, Best Carpet Value is pleased to announce the Innovative Carpet $500 college scholarship. Best Carpet Value owner and CEO,Anthony West, says, “We want to help young people discover their talents and pursue rewarding careers.”

Eligibility

To apply for the scholarship, all applicants need to meet the following criteria:

• Applicant must be a currently enrolled, full-time undergraduate student at an accredited college or university within the United States. Winners will be asked to provide a valid student ID, transcript, or other proof of enrollment before receiving their winnings. This scholarship is not open to high school students entering college.
• You must be over 18 years old.
• Applicant must be a legal resident of the United States or hold a valid U.S. student visa.
• One submission per person.

Submit a written essay to scholarship@bestcarpetvalue.com by March 31, 2018 on the following topic:

All submissions need to be in Microsoft Word .doc, .docx or.pdf format.  Please keep the word count to a maximum of 1,000 words.

Originality, quality of writing, composition skills, and overall comprehension of the subject matter will be considered as factors for determining the winner.

Please include your name, e-mail address, and mailing address with your essay.

The winning essay, chosen by a panel of Best Carpet Value executives, will be awarded a check for $500 payable to a US based college, trade school, or community college of choice and can be used for tuition or books and supplies.

The winner of the scholarship will be notified via e-mail by June 31, 2018.
