How Do I Place An Order?

Ordering with Best Carpet Value is simple and efficient! To begin an order, choose a product from the website and enter the quantity needed into the quantity box below the product. From there, click the “Add to cart” icon. This action will take you to the cart where you can choose to continue on to check out, or continue shopping. Once ready to check out, you will enter billing and shipping information and your order will have been successfully placed! How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

All orders will be processed immediately, when placed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm). If an order is placed after hours, the order will be processed the following business day. Lead times may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer (some items must be moved from a remote warehouse and may take longer to ship); however, if all items are in stock at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If an item is not in stock at the time of the order, you will be informed of the back order date by a customer service representative.

Will I Be Notified Of My Order Status?

Absolutely! Once you place an order with, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. From there, you will be notified of any and all changes to your order. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a notification of the shipment, as well as tracking information.

Your Prices Are Extremely Low. Is Your Material First Quality?

Yes! Everything that we sell at is first quality material. We believe that having competitive pricing and excellent quality materials are not mutually exclusive.

Will You Match Any Other Quote I Receive?

We at do our best to maintain a competitive pricing system; however, we are willing to match/beat other internet quotes that you are willing to send in. In order to match or beat another internet quote, we ask that you provide the name, location, and phone number of the retailer that has quoted you, along with any quotes you have received from them. This policy applies to product pricing, but does not always apply to freight rates.

Need A Discontinued Product… What Do I Do?

While we may not have stock of a discontinued product at our location, at, we believe in going above and beyond to provide for the flooring needs of our customers. If you are in search of a discontinued item, we will do everything in our power to locate the desired product. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide you with the item needed, we can guarantee that we will exhaust every option to help you find it!

Are Samples Available?

You bet they are! We offer up to 6 samples completely complimentary (that means FREE)! In order to place a sample order, simply click on the “Free Sample” icon beneath each product. If you need more than 6 samples, there will be a shipping fee charged.

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Successfully Submitted?

Once you have completed the check-out process, you will be provided with an order number. This order number will also be sent to you via the email address provided, along with the details of the order. Please ensure that all information provided to us is correct, so that we can do our best to assist you with ease!

How Is Sales Tax Calculated?

A sales tax rate of 8% is calculated and added to every order with a sold to/shipping to address within the state of Georgia. On orders that are drop shipments (shipping directly from the manufacturer), there may be sales tax charges; however, this will be calculated based on the ship to zip code and will be visible on any quotes/orders prior to any payment being processed. In all other instances, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay the appropriate tax to your state.

Are There Any Extra Charges For Orders Shipping To California? is required by the state of California to participate in the California Carpet Stewardship Assessment (CARE) program. This means that we are required to charge an assessment fee for any and all carpet products (carpet tile and rolled/broadloom carpet items) shipped to California. The fee will be charged by the square yard, and will be in compliance with the current Assessment fee noted by the state of California at the time of the order. This Assessment fee will be obviously noted on any quotes/orders before any payment is processed.

What Shipping Options Are Available?

Here at, we do our utmost to find the most cost effective shipping option for all of our customers! Whether with package carriers or with a common carrier, we will run rates with several different companies to find our customer the best rate for them. We work alongside multiple regional and national LTL carriers. We also partner with several logistics companies to provide full truckload options for bigger orders.

How Are Shipping Charges Calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated when our customer service representatives run rates with individual freight companies to find the best rates for our customers! Shipping locations (residence vs. business, etc), as well as the size and weight of the shipment are the biggest factors when calculating costs.In an effort to provide cost effective options for you, we do our best to locate freight terminals that are local to you. If there is a terminal near you, you will have the option to pick the order up at the terminal, thus saving some cost on freight.

Where Do You Ship To? ships to all U.S states including Hawaii and Alaska. We are also pleased to be able to ship to Canada, as well.
